
Intro to Outdoor Sport Climbing

Service Description
Learn to climb outdoors on single pitch sport climbs in an intimate private setting for you or your private group. This session is designed to give you a comprehensive overview of the basic skills needed to climb safely. Learn techniques to help manage gear, set up a climb, and clean a route. The goal is to help you build confidence, improve your technique, and give you an introduction to climbing on real rock. The lesson is tailored to your experience and goals, and moves at your pace. Whether you’re brand new, stepping outside after gym climbing, or looking to refine specific skills, the day is shaped around what you want to learn. Maximum group size: 8 people Included: - Supervision by a nationally-certified climbing instructor - Loan of technical equipment (harness, helmet, ropes, carabiners, belay device) To bring (not included): - Transportation to the meeting point - Appropriate clothing (sportswear, approach or trail shoes) - Climbing shoes (please contact us if needed; limited sizes available for loan) - A small backpack - Lightweight windbreaker or fleece - Water (1–2 liters per person depending on the season) - Snacks for the day (energy bars, fruit chews)
