Service Description

Accompanied by a state-certified climbing instructor (DEJEPS), set out to climb some of the most beautiful cliffs in southern France. The Calanques of Marseille, Cap Canaille, Sainte-Victoire, the Verdon Gorge… these are all exceptional playgrounds where every metre of height is earned, and where the views alone are worth the trip. Multi-pitch climbing is another dimension of climbing: we progress pitch by pitch, as a rope team, to complete a true ascent. A full day immersed in the vertical world. A day tailored to your level. Whether you're a curious beginner or an experienced climber, the day is built around your goals: Discovery / Guided Climbing: your instructor takes care of everything: belays, anchors, rappels and route finding. All you have to do is climb and enjoy. Ideal for your first multi-pitch route or for discovering an exceptional climbing area with complete peace of mind. Progression: develop and strengthen your skills with the aim of becoming more independent in your climbing practice. Performance: your instructor takes you on challenging routes selected according to your actual climbing level. The choice of climbing area and route is made together with you, based on your level, the weather and the season. How does the day work? We meet at the climbing site, have a briefing, and then set off on the approach, sometimes as short as 5 minutes, sometimes a little longer. Your instructor adapts the pace to you, explains the techniques and accompanies you pitch by pitch. What's included: - Supervision by a state-certified climbing instructor (DEJEPS) - Technical equipment: harness, helmet, ropes, carabiners and belay device What to bring (not included): - Transport to the meeting point - Sports clothing and approach or trail shoes - Climbing shoes (a few sizes available to borrow on request) - Small backpack, windbreaker or fleece - 1 or 2 litres of water and snacks Frequently Asked Questions What climbing level do I need? Some previous climbing experience is recommended. Contact us for advice tailored to your profile. Is multi-pitch climbing dangerous? Safety is our top priority. All technical equipment is provided and checked, and your instructor ensures your safety throughout the entire outing. What happens in case of bad weather? If conditions are unfavourable, we will reschedule together. Your safety always takes priority over the schedule.
